St. Joseph’s Hospital opened in 1934 as a mission of the Franciscan Sisters of Allegany. Since then, services and facilities have grown dramatically to include a children’s hospital, a women’s hospital, new patient care buildings and heart and cancer institutes.

Now St. Joseph’s Hospitals will set a new standard of care at St. Joseph’s Hospital-North, by blending legendary expertise with state-of-the-art technology.

Located in Lutz on Van Dyke Road near the corner of North Dale Mabry Highway, St. Joseph’s Hospital-North is designed to meet the health care needs of the northwest section of Hillsborough County and southern Pasco County.
